1. Definitions

3.2 Account Creation

Each User is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds or Bonuses.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

babe88 accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods.

You agree that:

• All Funds deposited into your Account must be your own and obtained from legitimate sources.
• You will only deposit Funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
• You will not use babe88 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where babe88 has made an error or as required by law.

babe88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we believe violates these terms or applicable laws. We may also impose limits on deposit amounts at our discretion.

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account within seconds. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party payment processors. babe88 is not responsible for delays caused by banks, e-wallet providers, or other third-party payment services.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your babe88 Account, you must:

• Have completed KYC verification successfully.
• Have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with Bonuses.
• Have a minimum balance of Rp 100,000 in your Account (unless otherwise specified).
• Request withdrawal to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your KYC documents.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 2-4 hours during business hours. VIP members may receive faster processing times as outlined in the VIP program terms. Withdrawals requested outside of business hours or on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays.

babe88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts. We may request additional documentation or information to verify the legitimacy of the withdrawal request.

All withdrawal requests are subject to review to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Suspicious activity may result in withdrawal delays, Account suspension, or reporting to relevant authorities.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Standard withdrawal limits apply based on your Account tier. Basic members may withdraw up to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Higher limits are available for VIP members. babe88 covers standard bank transfer fees for withdrawals. However, fees charged by third-party payment providers or receiving banks are the responsibility of the User.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 Placing Bets

When placing a Bet on babe88, you agree that:

• All Bets are final and cannot be canceled, changed, or reversed once confirmed.
• You accept the odds and terms offered at the time the Bet is placed.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Bet selections before confirmation.
• babe88 reserves the right to void any Bet in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or rule violations.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other events, the following rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on official results announced by the governing sports authority or league.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, Bets may be voided or settled according to babe88's specific sport rules.
• Live in-play betting odds update in real-time and may change rapidly during events.
• Accumulator bets (mix parlay) require all selections to win for the Bet to be successful.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games offered on babe88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies. Game results are determined by random chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. babe88 is not responsible for any losses incurred during gameplay.

6.4 Lottery and Togel

• Results are based on official draw outcomes from the respective lottery authorities.
• Bets must be placed before the published draw deadline.

6.5 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of Funds:

• Arbitrage betting or exploiting odds discrepancies across different platforms.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage.
• Betting with insider information not available to the general public.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent or deceptive betting activity.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

babe88 may offer Bonuses, promotions, and incentives to Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. By accepting a Bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements or violating Bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

babe88 reserves the right to void Bonuses and close Accounts if we determine that a User is engaging in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly, using Bonuses in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose, or exploiting technical errors or loopholes.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

babe88 is not responsible for technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or errors caused by third-party service providers. In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects game outcomes or Bet settlements, babe88 reserves the right to void affected Bets and refund stakes.

Our maximum liability to any User for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount of Funds in that User's Account at the time of the claim.

10. Termination and Account Closure

babe88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw any remaining Funds. Unclaimed Funds in closed Accounts may be subject to administrative fees after 90 days of inactivity.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the babe88 platform, including logos, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is the property of babe88 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services in Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, with the arbitration taking place in Jakarta, Indonesia.
